Rejected RDM and PG | 209909 | 238794

I arrived at the location and saw a LEO down on the ground. I was not involved in the situation and I went there to patch the LEO.

While I was patching him, player ID 209909 came and killed me without giving any demands or warning.

Also, player ID 238794 was holding a gun while being patched which is considered Power Gaming.

I believe this situation includes RDM and PG. Video proof is attached.
