Lebron, I am contacting you regarding my permanent ban yesterday. The reason given is an insult towards the server ("shit"), which occurred during an argument with members of a family who had been harassing me for a few days, insulting me about my appearance, and sharing private photos of me. In the context of RP, my real physical appearance is not relevant to the game. I acknowledge that my words were unacceptable and that nothing justifies them. However, the actions of these members were excessive yesterday. I offer my sincerest apologies for calling the server "shit" and I would be grateful if you could consider unbanning me or giving a less severe sanction. Thank you. Best regards.
