Rejected Question for leader I Lebron Pluxury

I just have a question, can I ever apply for a leader on the RS server again? I was an admin and I thought I could be a leader. I've been playing on the server for about a year and I knew almost nothing, so I've been getting these bans. In the last 5-6 months, I haven't gotten a single ban. Give me another chance to become a leader of an organization. and I applied for leaders many times, so they rejected me for IG penalties or I don't meet the criteria for being a leader
