Hi admin, as you can see from the POV (start from 23:36 IC time) this 2 strangers did mass rules break as I can see.
ID 360318 did FL in GZ and being rude to me. Also RDM without demand or anything.
ID 406961 didn't give any demand to me before he tazing me. He also told me that his friend (ID 360318) is a lawyer and idk if his friend have bio on that or not.
Could you please considering about which rules break that they did and punish them. Down here is the list that I think they break the rules (time behide the rules is mean IC time).
ID 360318 = GR 3.1 (23:46), GR 3.3 (23:47), GR 6.15 (23:36)
ID 406961 = GR 6.2 (00:01), GR 6.15 (23:54)
P.S. I'm apologize I often lags while playing RP or recording video so some of my actions was happen when I'm lagging and I didn't do it on purpose. Also if you hear me speaking FL it's not in RP, I speak with myself while recording video with nvidia.
