2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1.Basically, I want to make Ballas more active. I want to build a better term in Ballas leadership so members stay active, work together, and represent the gang properly. My goal is to organize the gang well and make it stronger on the server.
2. I have enough experience in gangs because I have worked as a Deputy before. That role taught me how to manage members, handle different situations, and keep the organization active. Because of this experience, I believe I can run a successful gang or organization.
3. If my members have free time, we will do ghetto clapping, hostage situations, and robberies to keep the gang active. If any gang event is happening on the server, we will participate in those events as well. This will help keep the gang active and involved in server activities.

1. My advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization is to make sure members follow proper RP rules, communicate well, and stay in character. I will encourage members to take RP situations seriously, participate in gang activities, and avoid breaking RP. This will help create better and more realistic roleplay in the organization.
