he was shooting someone so its GZ1.1(we are in DOC parking) and when i try to arrest him he do F1 2 times i want him to get 3 warn 2 for GR6.2 and 1 for GZ1.1
(If you watch the video all the way through its clear that he violated Rule GR6.2 twice)
