2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

  • I have been a part of this organization for a long time now, I have been through each and every rank that exists in the organization, From Intern to Chief Executive and eventually Curator, which has allowed me to gain alot of knowledge and a great understanding of the Internal structure of LifeInvader,
    I have been a 2 term Leader (23rd Leader) as well as Deputy leader twice (for 21st and 22nd Leaders), my terms went very smoothly with no major issues at all and even praised by my Curators at the time (Vick Klaus and Asuna Ken).

  • After my terms, I went on forward to join the admin team and became a Curator of LifeInvader choosing a leader (26th leader) which also had no major issues in his term, This allowed me to understand and manage the whole organizational structure from top to bottom, My activity and dedication to the organization was even praised by higher ups.

  • During my leadership the organization's activity was at an all time high hosting minor and major events regularly as well as several newspapers, Interviews and promotional videos were hosted, showcasing my leadership and decision making abilities.
    I prefer a Democratic leadership approach where Authority is delegated allowing all members of the organization to participate in the decision making of the organization.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

  • Add a Financial Director role as well Deputy Financial Director under the Finances Department, both of them will be tasked to co-ordinate with the various departments to calculate Bonuses accumulated by the employees over the week, which includes ads Bonuses as well High command bonuses. (Normal High Command duties will also be required). They will be welcome to appoint 2 or 3 people under them, they will be paid bonuses accordingly.

  • Remove the role of Director of IA as well as Deputy director of IA, as their duties will be assumed by Director of Human resources as well as Deputy director of Human resources. They will be tasked to handle any and all grievances between the employees,
    HR department will be required to co-ordinate with Ads department and any other department if necessary and will be incharge of Reviewing and handling High command promotions, Host open recruitments and manage LOA of employees.

  • The Director of ads and Deputy director of ads department will be required to prepare for promotions for employees in the ads department as well as co-ordinate with HR department to handle High command promotions also review employee strikes and warns and remove those roles after the strike period is over.

  • And a few more changes such as terminating the ceremony for promotions, (Promotions will be conducted directly at the beginning of each week) the reason for me to do this is that many employees may not be able to attend this ceremony due to differences in time zones and other factors, LI has been following direct promotional system from the beginning and I feel its suitable.

  • Any HC can now issue refunds in the LI complaints channel and will have to log their refund and will be compensated by me.
