The organization that is conducting the event: Los Santos Police Department (LSPD)
The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: A group of 6 people will participate in the arena next to the Hotel. It will be a 100 meter race like in the Olympic games. We will have one LSPD member giving a shot when to start running. Before the run starts, we will do a draft system in order to decide who can begin running on the inner lane.
How is the event won?: The first one to complete the 100 meter run wand cross the line, there will be 3 winners
Prize for the winner: First Place 150k, second place will get 100k and third place will get 50k.
