Dear Higher Ups!
Yesterday I was banned for ER 1.7.
The unfortunate thing happened that my friend and I went for a motorcycle ride. We wanted to jump off the top of Mount Chiliad, but I had to leave my PC here due to an urgent and unexpected event at home. By the time I got back I woke up in the hospital and thought I had fallen off the mountain with my motorcycle and died.
The next day I received a notification that I had to upload a POV of the event.
From the uploader's POV, I was confronted with the fact that I was in the event area and that I also participated in that event.
In the uploader's POV, it is visible that I was sitting motionless on my motorcycle at the beginning of the event, only my friend is next to me, who also left the event area, but since I was not in front of the PC, I did not have the opportunity to do so.
I did not shoot anyone during the event and I did not intend to participate in this event, since I did not have a weapon or any means with which to assert myself. And it is also clear from the uploader's POV that I am not moving. It can be concluded from this that I did not intend to participate in the event.
Since I did not know that I was participating in an event, there is no way to save the previous day's recording the next day. If I had known about it, of course I would have made a POV of the event.
Also, please check my punishment history and you will see that I do not usually participate in events in the game. The greatest joy of the game for me is riding a motorcycle and driving a car with my friends. I do not usually shoot at others. I have never received any other punishments. The last forum post about me was in 2023, in which I received jail.
I'm sorry if I caused any inconvenience, I never intended to break the server rules and I always try to give the best I can.
