1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I would like to become an admin because I enjoy helping players and supporting the community. During my time playing on GrandRP, I have gained several years of experience and a solid understanding of the server rules and roleplay environment. I believe I am ready to take the next step by helping maintain fairness on the server, assisting players when needed, and making sure everyone can enjoy a positive roleplay experience.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
Currently, I hold the position of COS at EMS. In the past, I have also worked for SAHP and GOV, which allowed me to experience different aspects of the state side. On the crime side, I have been the Deputy of the Merks family for more than 3 years, where I developed leadership skills, organization, and experience working closely with a team.
3. What are your strengths?
My main strengths are patience, remaining calm in stressful situations, and being able to communicate clearly with others. I always try to approach situations fairly and objectively, which helps when solving conflicts or assisting players.
4. What are your weaknesses?
One of my weaknesses is that I can sometimes be too friendly with everyone because I like maintaining good relationships with players. However, I understand that as an admin it is important to stay professional and make firm decisions when necessary.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I believe I can contribute with strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work well with different types of people. I also speak multiple languages, which can help when assisting players from different communities and resolving situations more effectively.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
Yes, I fully understand the rule and I am ready to follow it. However, I currently do not own a business.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
No, there are no real-life issues preventing me from being active.
