Basicly i was driving car and a cop pulled me over after he pulled me over and his the first thing he did is cuffing me without seeing my passport or searching my inventory as you can see at 0:38 ( fail RP ) if you want to say he cuffed me for protect himself , you can see me i just left my car and went to the sidewalk without using any gun or illegal anything to hurt or shoot the cop.
