I seen panels at carnage house so i went to check the time on the panels to plan an attack to take them later when they opened fire on me with no demands the panels still had 2 hours left no reason to open fire on me and it was under 5 mins after we fought them in state control.

Rejected Your intention here was clear, and they had every right to shoot a trespasser trying to steal their solar panels. ER 1.2 does not apply here since you are literally going to their house and provoking a reaction. ​
