Rejected Ban for GR 3.1 GR.3.2 | Onur hollow

Hi Jonny, as you saw on the forum, I was banned for violating the GR3.1 and GR3.2 rules. As you can see from this perspective, he wasn’t using any provocative Turkish words against me he was just saying things like “you’re playing badly, you little NPC.” I got really angry about this, and in the heat of the moment, the word just slipped out. He was being so toxic toward me... That word just slipped out—I don’t usually swear easily. Please, can you lift the ban or shorten the duration? It’s currently a holiday in Turkey, and I want to play from my account. I hope you understand I’m very sorry.
