Dear Grand RP Administration,
I am writing to respectfully appeal the ban placed on my account under rule GR 1.6.
At the time of the incident, I was in-game and heard other players talking about the Battle Pass. I then posted a message in the club chat asking to purchase one, as it was being traded at that time for around 4.5 million in-game currency.
Shortly after, I received a 60-day ban issued by the admin Federico Vautier. At first, I did not understand the reason for the punishment, so I submitted a complaint to ask for clarification. Unfortunately, instead of resolving the issue, my ban was later extended to 9999 days.
I would like to clarify that I was not aware of rule GR 1.6 at that time, which prohibits such actions. I had no intention of breaking the rules or exploiting the system in any way.
Additionally, I have submitted more than 8 appeals and sincerely apologized for my mistake, but all of them were rejected directly by the admin Bobby Pluxury, without giving me a fair opportunity for reconsideration.
Most importantly, it has now been approximately 600 days since my ban. This is already a very long period of time, and I believe I have served a significant punishment, especially considering that the violation was unintentional and due to lack of awareness of the rule.
I feel that the current ban duration (9999 days) is extremely harsh and disproportionate to the situation.
Therefore, I kindly request the administration to reconsider my case, grant me another chance, or at least reduce the ban duration. I fully commit to following all server rules in the future and ensuring that this will not happen again.
