hello,

i had 5 stars, which knowingly leads to a jail bounty. this guy was hovering around us like in this clip for a while, had his gun out and has the common look of someone who would have a jail bounty. we were having a conversation, which the entire time he stayed for. anywhere i walked, he would follow. so by this point i knew he was my bounty hunter. with that, i knew as soon as i walked out of GZ he would attempt to kill me, so as soon as i saw him pull out his gun i was the quicker person to shoot. realisticly i read the situation, understood who he was, then acted to protect myself. If it was a real life situation where you knew your life was in danger, and someone acted sus who was holding a gun, you're not going to give them demands before acting to save your life.

i would like to add, in his POV on the bottom left you can see the "hints" shortcuts which is a sign of being in an org, not sure if it's only for legal orgs or both. but if he is in a legal org, doing bounty then would that come under as Corruption without bio?

Looking at your Punishment history, you should take the 7d time to read the ruleset, especially GR6.15
Just from how much you disrespect the ruleset, especially how much you RDM, I make you aware that if you do not stop, this may lead to longer time punishments.
