I was told that this ban is not handled by the local team and that I need to appeal. However, to open an appeal, I require a Reference ID.
I was informed that Grand RP administrators provide this Reference ID. I previously requested it, but my message was not seen. Additionally, I was told that the code displayed under the ban error could be used as the Reference ID; I tried this, but it did not work.
I kindly request you to provide me with the correct Reference ID so I can proceed with my appeal. Thank you for your help."
