On 3/18, my account was permanently banned for disrespect because i critiqued the admins decision to put me in demorgan for ub solar. This admin could not explain how my solar panel was ub. if admins are going to punish people, they need to be able to explain how they violated the rules so they know how not to do it again. when we report other players for violating the rules, we are required to have proof, which is what i requested. I am requesting my account be unbanned. Admins need to be able to perform their duties without getting emotional they are being critiqued. Constructive criticism is an everyday part of life, and if admins cant handle being criticized on their performance, they have no business being in a position of authority. Criticizing someones performance in their job isnt disrespect, its criticism, theres a difference. Banning someone who has spent money on this game merely because someone doesnt like being criticized is poor business standards. Yes this is a game, but its also a game people spend their hard earned money on. Having my account banned after ive spent hundreds of dollars because some child doesnt like being criticized is bad business, and bad publicity.

I want a high level admin to review this case. I dont want some run of the mill basic admin, i want a senior admin. I have money invested in this account.

Admins should be required to provide proof to player they broke the rule and how. Otherwise, it just looks like admins are punishing people because they feel like it without any justification the punishment. They also should quit treating every single player like they know everything. yes there are rules but some of those rules are undefined. Like UB solar, there is no definitive guide for how to properly place solar panels. you are punishing people for shit they dont know because you dont have a guide to teach them the proper way to do stuff. Justify punishing someone for something they dont know how to do because its not explained anywhere in your rules.

There is a process which should be followed if you think admin made any wrong decision rather then disrespecting server. If you thought admin took a wrong decision then you can appeal your punishment here and you should not disrespect.​
