What happened: FAIL RP!
Time Stamps:
1:17 - the 2 purple guys runs without identifying themselves ( Disclaimer: they can open DOC doors)
2:50 - ramming the car on the gates of the DOC
3:24 - They got on the roof and they FAILED to RP - they start mocking us and they opened the gate and left.
