Bloods Street Gang​

Ethan LaQualitequiParle , born in a small family in the ghetto, had 4 brothers. He grew up watching the streets slowly destroy his family.

One day, he woke up to the sound of his mother crying. One of his brothers had died because of an officer. That moment changed everything.

Ethan went to the streets and began painting graffiti "Blood Street", symbolizing loyalty and the beginning of war against LEOs. The city slowly turned red, and his name became known everywhere.

He created the Bloods Street Gang with his 3 brothers as deputies. After a long silence, they came back stronger, and many people joined them knowing Bloods would dominate the city.

The Bloods Street Gang became one of the most dangerous gangs in the city, constantly active and known for challenging LEOs. Ethan also built strong relationships with other gangs like Vagos, Ballas, and Marabunta.

The Black Day​

Ethan was leading a major situation when everything went wrong.

LEOs surrounded them and took strong positions. When the shooting started, they shot Ethan in the legs and arrested him. Another gang leader was killed trying to help him.

After that day, Ethan disappeared, and his brothers continued running the gang.​

Revenge​

Months later, Ethan was not in prison anymore. He had bribed a corrupt officer and escaped to another city.

He returned secretly, watching everything before revealing himself only to his brothers.

He rebuilt Bloods and reconnected with:

Vagos
Ballas
Marabunta

They all agreed:

Do something that has never happened before in the city.



The Plan – Capital Operation

Ethan Laqualityquiparle and all gangs planned a large-scale operation targeting the capital.

The goal is to take full control of the situation and force the government into direct negotiation under pressure.​

Attack Preparation​

1. Lockpicks
2. Bags (for control)
3. Rope / handcuffing tools
4. Gang vehicles only​

Execution Plan​

Only Governor and some government units must be inside the capital at the start

Deputy Governor must NOT be at capital at the beginning

The operation begins with a **quiet entry into the capital

Bloods will take control of the area and secure the Governor

Gangs will have full control of the capital during the situation

Negotiation will happen inside the capital with the Governor

The Governor will be asked to:

Drop a global announcement when instructed
Call legal organizations to the capital

Legal organizations (FIB, etc.) must NOT come unless a global is announced by the Governor

After the global:

Legal organizations arrive
Negotiation continues with them

Deputy Governor will only be involved through negotiation, not physically at the start

If negotiations fail → situation escalates into combat​

Demands​

1. Government must negotiate directly with Bloods leadership
2. $400,000 payment
3. Official public recognition of Bloods as a major criminal organization in the city​

Rules / Conditions

NLR is NOT allowed during the event
No early pushing or rushing
Proper RP must be followed
Gangs control the situation until escalation​

Request​

1. Approval for the event
2. High-level admin to remove green zone in capital
3. Admin supervision during the full event
4. Governor must be present with limited units
5. Deputy Governor not present at start
6. Admins must ensure:

No early interference
Global is respected
NLR rule is enforced
