2.. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
-> Firstly, I have experience in almost all gangs and multiple other organizations in the city. I have served as Deputy in most of the gangs, which helped me get a clear vision of how leadership works when the leader is not around . Over time, I've gained a better understanding of how leadership works, how to manage people, dominating ghetto and events, and how to handle responsibilities. Therefore, having a good time in the city I made good and supportive friends who will support my throughout the term serving as my Deputies.
-> As a leader my goal is to continue the expansion of reputation and activity of Families across the city and a fear among the leos. I will focus on keeping the organization active by choosing the best high-command team and giving hardcore bonuses throughout the term. Also, I will make sure so one feels leftout under my term. Also, When I attend events such as store robberies, FZ raids, and clands, many people were arguing with each other about various things, and it ruined communication and togetherness. So, when I become a leader, I can make them listen to me and improve communication and togetherness Therefore, I truly want to become a leader of this specific organization
-> lastly, I want to and will be creating a friendly but disciplined environment with zero tolerance of toxicity and ensure proper roleplay. Therefore, I really want to continue the Dominance of the name of the gang FAMILIES by dominating ghetto with zero competition, making members respect the chain of command, hosting weekly gang events that gives benefit to the organization and zero acceptance on corruption of high commands on freely giving ranks to units, if found guilty a disciplinary action will be taken towards him. I along with my deputies will not tolerate any favouritism with anyone.
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
-> Ghetto clapping is the most important thing of increasing activity of organization because people want to join the term which claps them. We will make ghetto the most dangerous location of the city and people will be aware of making their routes to main ghetto and they will extend their ways for not entering main ghetto because of us.
-> I will make sure that no one below 7 years in the city should join the gang to prevent from any mishappening. I will inform the deputies and higher commands that they must promote people based on their activity and efforts towards the gang. Also, I will not just focus on adding people , I will also demote or fire members who are not putting enough efforts or whom my or my deputies lost confidence in. I will make sure when the high commands hire someone with their proof of high command, they must take approval from deputies or the leader as from my experience I know they get the rank and misuse it.
-> Lastly, I want to have a nice deputy team from different nations and time zones so all of my deputies can be helpful to players who play from different countries, because, if i get nice and fair deputies that can communicate and touch hearts of people, people would be loyal to us. I will try my best to engage the members by distributing as much as I can, hosting internal gang events with huge winning amounts. Also, will put max efforts to win every event, high profit from graffiti, try to end the term as terrorist organisation, and lastly, I will not accept any kind or corruption from high commands just for more members neither any toxicity towards any other gang.
