Dear Mr. Pluxury,
I hereby would like to submit an unban request for my account on the GTA 5 RP server Grand RP DE01.
My name is Ben Tucky (ID: 254019), and I was banned for “2x cheating.” I would like to explain my perspective on this matter. I strongly believe that I never actively cheated. Especially the second ban feels, in my opinion, unnecessary and not fully justified. However, I still take the situation seriously and have reflected on my behavior.
I admit that it was a mistake to create three accounts. This was against the server rules, and I sincerely apologize for that. I truly regret this decision and have learned from it. In the future, I will strictly follow all server rules.
Additionally, I would like to mention that I only wish to keep the accounts with the IDs 141024 and 254019. My main request is for the account with ID 254019 to be unbanned.
I am aware that there is generally no goodwill policy for “2x cheating.” However, I want to clearly emphasize that I have NEVER cheated. The first incident was only caused by my “Blood FX,” and not by any form of cheating. I also feel that I am being treated as if I were a rage cheater or something similar, which I do not find fair. I hope that you can give me another chance, cause I am band for sooo long and want to play with some friends again on Grand DE 01.
Even though I do not believe that I actively cheated, I understand that my behavior may have contributed to the sanctions in some way. I have spent a long time reflecting on this situation. The second ban is now about one year old, and the first ban already dates back two years. I have used this time to think about my actions and improve myself.
I would greatly appreciate being given a second chance and the opportunity to rejoin the community. I assure you that I will follow all rules and contribute positively to the server environment.
