I would like to make a statement regarding the ban on my account due to the use of offensive language.
The mentioned incident did not occur in-game, but through email. In addition, before this situation, I contacted an admin and was told that there would be no issue regarding this matter. I also have proof of this conversation.
Therefore, I believe the ban is unfair. I can provide the relevant evidence if necessary.
However, if my behavior is still considered a violation, I apologize and assure you that it will not happen again.
I kindly request a re-evaluation of my case.
