Hi, I was given 3 warnings for Fail RP, PowerGaming, Fear RP and Script Abuse, before you read below I would like to say that I take full responsibility for my actions and accept what I have done, I am not trying to say I didn't break the rules I am just trying to explain my side of the situation where there may have been misunderstandings from both sides.

During the situation where I first tackled and cuffed the member of the crime family robbing the store, I did not see any other members of the family near the person who I tacked which is why I tackled and cuffed them in the first place, then when I went to confiscate his items and before I even got a chance to take him down from the roof to transport him to the DOC and arrest him all of his family members came over to me with guns out and started pressing me so out of Fear RP due to the escalation of the situation I let him go but this was after I had already confiscated his items.

It was not my intention to ruin anyone's RP or to break any rules and I apologise for my actions. I am willing to pay the member who's items I confiscated back for their items and I even accept an unban and to keep 1-2 Warnings along with Demorgan I would just like an unban to be considered.

Even if I am wrong, please can I get some clarification on the subject.

Also, this family was not really affected by my actions and they still won this store.
