2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Firstly, I wanna be the leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol Because I have spent a lot of time under SAHP and have known how it actually works, with the experience of cadet to under sheriff, One Thing was common in all the terms The Gang activity on highways and on paleto bay, It was never put to an end. So as a Sheriff i wanna prevent it to the maximum extent, I would bring back the concept of Frequent Highway patrols when ever we receive the information of gang activity and would give my best to keep the highway safe and secure for the civilians and rearding the NG trucks being stolen from paleto bay warehouse, I would ensure my 3 units are on patrol 24/7 on the city of San Andreas and would promise to provide the first and fastest back when asked by National Guards.
Secondly, As a Leader of National Guard What i Learnt was Co-ordination among other Organizations Would Really Help in the Long run. So As a Sheriff I would Build a good relations among other organizations, SAHP under my leadership will be on Standby to provide any kind of back up for other organizations and would be ready to the needful. And as the Fort Zancudo falls in center of the highway, San Andreas and Los Santos, I take it as a priority in helping National Guards in securing the Fort Zancudo when required.
Thirdly, As a Sheriff I would also love to help FIB with the casefiles for the gang raid through providing evidence on Gang Activity on Highways for which i Wanna introduce a New Department Named "Highway Anti-Gang Task Force" which aims at providing perfect evidence and acts as a scout for gang activity on Highways,
Lastly, I wanna conclude saying If i get chosen as the Sheriff of San Andreas Highway Patrol you would see the safest and secure Highways of the San Andreas City and SAHP as a Lovely organization.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Firstly the Department Needs a Clearly Defined Role Play, The Troopers Need to know how to conduct traffic stops, pursuits and interactions properly instead of rushing things, So the main focus would be on efficiency of Human Resource and Training in training the troopers.
- Secondly Regular scenario based training with other organizations will be conducted like DOC escort and Highway robs.
- Proper Use of Radio will be encouraged because a lot of role play depends on clear communications, The troopers will be trained to use the radio with clear callouts, location updates, actions and communication.
- After major events a meeting will be conducted to analyze the scenario what was done, what should have been done, What should not be done next.
