As you can see the guy with ID [156372] taking me to bank so he can withdraw money to buy my Hum EV that I'm driving in the POV after we reached the guy with ID [236497] who's friend with the guy sitting in my car came to me started shooting in GZ [Bank] without giving me any demands [GR 6.15] he shoot me so both of these guys can steal my car which is [GR 6.16] only 2 people without 4 people and 2 and as well as they are trying to do [GR 1.3] Fraud against me by calling me to bank to withdraw money but try to kill me and rob me and CL + Fail RP for ID 156372 for Code A in mid RP situation.

Based on your POV, There is No GR 1.3 and GZ 2.4
However,
ID 236497 will receive a punishment for GR 6.15. (RDM)
ID 156372 will receive a punishment for GR 6.2 (Leaving Game in RP situation)​
