Hello,
I would like to respectfully appeal the ban issued to my account.
At the time of the incident, I was not actively playing the game. As shown in the situation, I was watching a movie on my second monitor, and the game audio was muted. I was only occasionally pressing the “E” key without actively engaging in gameplay.
I believe this may have been misunderstood as botting behavior (GYM bot), but I can assure you that I was not using any third-party software, macros, or automation tools.
If necessary, I am fully willing to cooperate and provide proof. You are welcome to remotely check my computer to verify that there are no cheats, bots, or unauthorized programs installed.
I kindly ask you to review my case again, as this appears to be a misunderstanding.
