Hello,
I would like to submit my appeal regarding the permanent ban applied to my account.
I understand that I was penalized for listing the same items at different prices in the marketplace, and that this was evaluated under rule GR 1.3: “Any fraud against players is prohibited | PERMANENT BAN and we do not compensate lost money.”
However, I would like to respectfully state that my actions did not involve any intent to commit fraud. In the in-game marketplace, prices are set freely by sellers, and buyers can clearly see the price before making a purchase. Therefore, my actions did not include any hidden or deceptive behavior intended to mislead other players. There was no manipulation, false representation, or attempt to deceive.
My intention was simply to experiment with different pricing strategies within the framework of a free market system. During this process:
I would also like to add that my account has now been banned for approximately 1.5 years. Considering the length of time that has passed, I kindly ask for a reconsideration of my case.
If this behavior is considered a violation under GR 1.3 or interpreted as “fraud,” I believe this may be due to a misunderstanding of my intent rather than a deliberate attempt to deceive other players.
I had no intention of violating any rules. Therefore, I believe that a permanent ban is a very severe penalty for this situation. I kindly request that my case be reconsidered and, if possible, that a lighter penalty be applied.
I assure you that I will be much more careful and fully comply with the rules in the future.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Best regards.
