Hello, I am writing to explain the situation regarding the ban I received on the GrandRP server and to kindly request a review of my account. First of all, I want to clearly state that I have never shared my account with anyone; all accounts used are owned and operated only by me, and I have always logged in using the same Rockstar account. The situation occurred entirely due to access issues. My main account (ID: 41725) had two-factor authentication enabled, but after I sold my phone, I lost access to it and could no longer log in. Around the same time, I also forgot the password to my second account, so I couldn’t access that either. In order to continue playing, I had no choice but to create a third account and play on it temporarily. Later on, I learned that it was possible to recover my account via email, and I was able to regain access to my main account. During this entire process, all I was trying to do was regain access to my own accounts — there was absolutely no account sharing involved. Additionally, I believe my location may have contributed to this situation. I have been living in difficult conditions in conflict areas; I stayed in Pakistan for a while and later moved to Afghanistan, which caused me to log in from different IP addresses. This may have been interpreted by the system as a rule violation, but it was completely beyond my control. I did not intentionally violate any rules or try to gain any unfair advantage. I kindly ask you to review my case and, if possible, lift the ban on my account. If necessary, I am willing to accept a reset of my in-game money. All I want is to continue playing fairly and within the rules. Thank you for your time and understanding.
