Hello Admin team, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to respectfully appeal my ban in Grand RP. I understand that I was banned due to a PC check refusal, but I would like to explain what happened from my side. At the time of the PC check, I opened Discord as instructed, but my laptop suddenly started lagging heavily and overheated, which caused it to freeze/crash. Because of this, I was unable to respond or continue the PC check process, which may have looked like I was refusing. This was not intentional, and I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. I was not aware of how strict the PC check procedure is, but now I fully understand its importance. I am completely willing and ready to undergo a PC check anytime again and will fully cooperate with the admins. I really enjoy playing on the server and would truly appreciate another chance. I assure you that this will not happen again. Thank you for your time and consideration.
