Today I noticed that I have been permanently banned for “refusing a PC check.” However, I don’t understand how this happened. I haven’t logged into my account last 2 months due to IRL issue and technical issues.

I think sir, babi sir maybe written the wrong ID by mistake. Please investigate this issue
