I am filing this complaint against the player with [243286] for a clear violation of General Rule 6.15 (RDM).

I was simply standing at the parking lot, minding my own business and not involved in any active RP or fight. Without any reason, interaction, or giving any 5-second demand, this player started shooting at me and killed me.

As per server rules, killing someone without a proper RP reason and demand is considered RDM. I have attached my POV as proof. Please review the footage and take the necessary disciplinary action. Thank you.
