1. By gaining the experience and mindset that is required to survive and get success in the ghetto and i have already learned that how to stay calm under pressure by facing challenges and make decisions that benefit the organization and i also know how to bring people together, manage conflicts and keep progress moving forward i offer more than just strength i will bring strategy, leadership and discipline. That is why I believe I am ready to lead the leadership of Families gang and take it into a new era and prove my loyalty to the streets of ghetto that raised me.
2. By long time staying in ghetto i had already build strong relation ships and earned respect throughout the criminal community of Los santos i understand how the city truly work and who the real players are this gives me a major advantage when it comes to building connections and navigating the streets of ghetto. These alliances will allow us to grow stronger and achieve our goals together.

As a leader of Families gang my goal is to expand the reputation of Ballas across the streets of ghetto and on highways as well and i want our name to be respected and feared not only in our ghetto but city wide with my background in street level crimes i understand what it takes to secure territory and strengthen our position. My Advices to improve the RolePlay level in the organization are:
1. Removal of Favouritism properly.
2. Following the instructions of higher ups.
3. Pay the Bonuses on time.
4. Remove the toxicity.
Goals to achieve in my Leadership:
1. Maximum Hiring.
2. Attend all gang events with max members.
3. Try to win maximum turf.
4. Maximum Ghetto activity.
5. Maximum FZ Raids.
