Life Story: Arthur Legendz, a teenager who start his life from a foster home in India. He was a free bird who loved archery from his childhood and was also good in it. He always tried to play in Olympics, representing his country. While chasing that dream he was staying at the foster home and living a lonely life. But one day, everything changed. A retired soldier who got kicked out from the army, came to visit the foster home. He catch a eye on Arthur because of his archery skills. He adopted Arthur, when Arthur is 18 year old. Where the man's family left him alone for getting kicked from army, Arthur stayed with him for unknown reason and he got a liking to the man. He never called him father but he loved the man so much for his kindness and politeness to other, that he think he wouldn't have loved his own father this way. So one day, he asked the man to tell the story behind getting kicked out of army. The man told him the whole story inside the military and their corruption. Because, that man believed in honesty and hard work, he got him kicked out of the Army. This one story change his mind to leave the dream of Olympics and join National Guards to give that man justice.
Career Story: Arthur worked his hardest and never slept well to get himself qualified in the National Soldier. And because of his archery skills, he was good at sniping as well. And when the recruitment exam day came, he nailed the test with rising numbers. And because of this, he catch eyes of some most corrupt soldiers. It was his plan all along to get himself noticed by everyone, so he could make connections within the army, which he made quite well withing few years of service but he thought that by making these kind of connections won't get him far to catch the corrupt soldiers. So he gave it a thought and came to a conclusion of becoming one of them as well. By becoming a corrupt soldier, he gets to reach the hierarchy fast while doing some investigation of his own, behind the exact reason of his foster fathers case. So indulge in the corruption that he learns so many thing on it. But at the end of the day he lost his way to his goal and become the most corrupt soldier of the National Guards while hiding his corruption from everyone.
Outcomes:
1.Arthur can torture/interrogate people if they don't follow his demands. (with a RP reason) (No RDM)
2.Arthur can take bribes (up to 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.)
3.Arthurcan try to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) and can break it for his safety (/do breaks bodycam) [Two times per situation]
4.Arthur can use illegal weapons and he can picked up any weapons from the ground. (No Organization weapons)
5.Arthur can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
6.Arthur can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
7.Arthur can let suspects go free and can also aid them in escaping if they give bribe.
8.Arthur can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
9.Arthur can arrest someone for fake charges if he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
