Dear Admin Team,

I was playing normally before the tsunami (around 4 AM on 23/03/2026), but after it, I received a ban for anti-cheat usage showing the date as 29/09/2025.
This seems incorrect since I was able to play just before the tsunami, and I have not used any cheats or unauthorized software.
Please review my account logs and kindly remove the ban.
