Complaint Regarding Unfair Punishment (GR 6.15 Warning)
I would like to file a complaint regarding what I believe is an unfair punishment I recently received.
While I was at the Black Market, two players riding a Manchez bike began trolling me. They were repeatedly car-ramming and placing UB Campfires under vehicles to make them explode. While I went to interact with an NPC and returned, I found that my own vehicle had also been destroyed by them.
I warned them and asked them to repair my car, but instead of cooperating, they continued trolling. The situation escalated into a shootout. During this, I shot and downed one of the players.
As I was leaving, the other player climbed onto my car and began provoking me using emotes. I did not shoot him at that moment. Later, I returned to the downed player, and when the other player attempted to revive him, I gave a clear demand: "Don't patch him up." However, he did not comply and revived his teammate anyway. After that, I killed both of them.
This was clearly an RP situation. Additionally, those players were also trolling and shooting at other people in the area. I believe the admin who issued the punishment may have seen part of the situation, but not the full context.
After leaving the Black Market, I received two GR 6.15 warnings, which resulted in a total of 3 warnings and a 7-day ban. I would also like to note that one of my previous warnings was about to expire in just one day.
Due to technical issues, I was unable to record the situation.
I kindly ask admin Kayess_Exe, if possible, to review their POV again and carefully reconsider the situation, as this was a legitimate RP scenario and not rule-breaking behavior on my part.
