As you can see in my POV ID 180700 Cuffed me and Patched me in Active Gun Fight

Dear Admins, I Request to see the prior 2 min POV ,
As there is an active Hostage Situation Negotiations going on and He started shooting at us
which is a violation of (ER 1.5)


and while I cuffed him there is no gun fight near me
and of the bullet sounds that is his gang members where shooting bullets at the ladder to stop us go in the roof

Nothing found as rulebreak for SR 5.4.
(Though, Thread owner got detained, found no evidence for any Arrest situation in the given evidence)
