I am writing regarding my ban in Grand RP. I was initially given a 60-day ban due to a PC check refusal, but I noticed that it has now been extended to a permanent ban. I would like to respectfully ask for clarification on why this decision was made.. I kindly request if it is possible to revert my punishment back to the original 60-day ban. I want to assure you that I did not do anything against the rules, and I am willing to provide any proof if required.. as you can see in the screenshots i was ban for 60 days on 5th of march which was changed to permanent on 9th of march..
