Life Story: Java Blu was born in outside of Austin, Texas. His family was low income and had low resources. Growing up was difficult because his mother stayed at home with him and his younger brother while his father worked very hard in construction. Java saw both sides of the law long before he understood it, and Texas had a tendency to test people early. He became accustomed to loneliness and depression as he watched his friends being drawn into gangs and families being split apart by poverty and crime. Java enjoyed stand by his window, watching police officers patrol the block. For him, wearing a badge and the uniform meant honor and the chance to protect and defend those that matter most to him. From time he could speak, he always said one day he will become a police officer.
Career Story: Java continued to be dedicated to building a future and put more effort into his studies was able to enter the police academy and graduate with honors. Wearing the uniform with pride, he thought he was assuming the role for which he had spent his entire life preparing. Java was initially the epitome of what a good officer ought to be. He put in a lot of overtime, worked the hardest shifts, and made an effort to change things one call at a time. But as time goes on, he realizes that no matter how hard he works, criminals will continue to get away with it due to connections or money and good police officers were neglected or burned out. Over time hope became frustration he started to convince himself that the only way to achieve something meaningful was to break all the rules the line between right and wrong became blurry A favor here and there, a reward always justified, always explained away. He had relationships and communication with a small number of gang members so that they would always have him on speed dial in the event of a "emergency." The badge, which once was honor and everything to him, it became a shield to his actions, his dreams and beliefs became distorted, hidden under the weight of a city that never forgave weakness. The dream that had been his guidance since childhood was now destroyed beyond what anyone could ever imagine.
1.Java Blu can take bribes (up to 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.)
2.Java Blu can rob/kill citizens in the ghetto, in secluded areas with the help his friends while off duty (following GH 1.8 and SR 5.5)(not against Leo's)
3.Java Blu can lie about a lawyer and no need to tell him/her rights.
4.Java Blu can refuse to show his ID to protect his identity and maintain privacy.
5.Java Blu can detain any one on a false charge and then demand a bribe or weapons from them for their release and whoever fail to give him the bribe maybe arrested.(100k max)
6.Java Blu can inject truth serum using /try commands for interrogation and knowing how much money does suspect have. (twice per situation) .
7.Java Blu can be disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
8.Java Blu can search Law Enforcement and suspects for their bodycams and destroy them by smashing them on the ground (/try to find the bodycam – 2x per situation – and /do to destroy it).
9.Java Blu can offer himself as a hostage for bribe (100k max)
10.Java Blu can make criminals to drop their weapons or any illegal items so he can keep them for personal use or sell in black market ( Not Org Items ).
