LIFE STORY
Rose was born in a rich family in Chicago; however, her life changed drastically when her mother passed away when Rose was 12 years old. Rose's father may have been kind to the needy; however, his life was careless until his brother stole his belongings. Rose found herself homeless and alone after her father passed away soon after. Rose learned that she should never fully trust anyone from her harsh experience. Rose went to her school friend to seek his assistance; however, her friend only offered her a place to stay if she would join his drug-selling business. Rose had no choice but to join the business and venture into a dangerous world where she learned of corruption and crime. Rose went to Los Santos and joined the SAHP to fight crime.
Career Story
She had always been known to be disciplined, being an elite officer who had fought to clean up crime, solve hostage situations, and earn respect by working hard. As a result, she had been promoted to the position of lieutenant colonel, something she truly believed she had earned. However, over time, the medals and accolades had lost their luster, and they had not earned her the lifestyle she wanted, nor had they brought her the excitement she had hoped for, replacing it with boredom. To add insult to injury, her superiors had accused her of being corrupt, threatening to blacklist her throughout the world, despite her being sincere. It is in this moment that her mindset changed completely. She had realized that honesty had earned her nothing but pressure and limitations, and therefore, she had no reason to continue being honest. Rose had secretly begun making connections with the leaders of the gangs, exchanging important information with them in exchange for money, helping them escape, and protecting their operations, earning her the luxury and riches she wanted while continuing to serve her.
