hello just recently i made a report were a guy said me bitch in non rp chat , yeah i know its a ic slang but the point is he said me this slang in non rp & if someone use these slangs in non rp then it considers as ooc insult even my own friend got punishment for this same topic here , where he also said bitch in non rp chat cuz he thought its a basic slang but saying that in non rp chat is considered as ooc insult so , i think moe didnt understood what i meant to say , i will request to re-consider my report .

even in NON RP chat it steal does not fall under some rulebreake it's not basically kind of insult which would be punished
