2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation).
2.1. As i have a lot of experience in illegal org and Bloods has been one of the most well-known gangs in city for a long time, and i have always believed that their influence in the city is very much dominant. i want to become leader of Bloods because i feel that i have a very good knowledge and i have a great understanding how a gang must run. if i become the gang leader i will make sure that not only in events other than that in city, ghetto , only RED becomes the most dominant color on the map.
2.2. i have leadership qualities and i have a strong understanding of gangs, and i believe in unity, and i can handle my gang members in every situation, i know how to manage stressful situations.
2.3. Lately, i have seen that gang HQ’s are empty and many gangs are inactive, and i will make sure that Bloods becomes the most active gang in the entire city.
2.4. i want to become the leader of Bloods because i have strong experience as high command in most gangs and i know how to keep members active and organized.
2.5. if i become the leader of Bloods , i will make sure we build a strong legacy and in future everyone will remember this term as the most active, fair, and well-managed term of Vagos with minimal rule breaks.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1. I would give the highest bonuses in the city because it keeps gang members motivated and confident, helping them perform better.
3.2. A clear ranking and bonus system is important to keep the gang organized and running smoothly without conflicts.
3.3. I will only hire active deputies, high command, and members because i believe quality is more important than quantity.
3.4. I will make sure there is no favoritism or biasness when ranking members and promotions will be given based on their activity and performance in the gang not because they are friends with any high command.
3.5. Will hire skilled and better turfers for the gang to help dominate robberies, gang events, and achieve 100% turf.
My Goals:

2. Complete Term without verbal and warning.

4. Try to have the most graffities per hour.
