Hello, I was sent to the demorgan by the admin Trent Smoke for Car ramming, As a i know a LEO can CR someone to stop him, Since the suspect was having a anti radar there's no other way to stop him, And i was told from Floki before that LEOS can CR a suspect to stop him.
