As you can see this guy, came to me asking if he can do BP task with me which is Shake hands, however he started pick pocketing me, which im pretty sure that comes under GR 1.3, however the Admin Snapy, sadly did not give him punishment of GR 1.3, please review it and I accept any decision you take.
