As you can see in the POV, I was arresting a 10-15 and transporting him to DOC. During the process, his friends arrived and started shooting. It is not clearly shown in the POV, but as you can see, ID 241949 repeatedly came out of his car, attempting to shoot me and ramming his vehicle.

When I reached DOC, they were standing outside, and he shot both me and the 10-15, and then mercy killed the 10-15.
