My lawyer request was ignored by the agent and i couldn't hear him, his audio was very bad (check attached proof), after he kept ignoring me at some point i got frustrated and was speaking loud thinking he was not hearing me (reflex ...).
It was my fault to scream but this agent still ignored my request for a lawyer.

I am asking for forgiveness more than anything as i want to resolve this situation with a lawyer, will do better next time and avoid raising my voice.
