I understand the decision for not punishing player for using engine blocker, that is valid. But both the players decided to shoot me after stopping the car without giving any demands, doesnt that count for RDM and that too in city, the area of the map is considered as city, and demands should be given before shooting anyone, whatever maybe the reason.
The punishment should be reconsidered.
