(This message is not meant as a personal attack against any curator or support .)
Today, my application was rejected with the reason: “Gain more experience as a player in EN3 before applying for admin.” However, I’ve noticed that other applicants are being approved or moved forward despite having less in game experience.
For example:
In this application: Approved - Admin Application | Charless Pluxury
And this one: Rejected - Admin Application | Charless Pluxury
Some applicants appear to have fewer years of experience (around 3 years), while others list much higher numbers, yet they are still accepted to proceed to interviews.
On my side, I have led a successful Bloods term as a Deputy, working alongside the leader from start to finish, with 0 warnings and 0 verbal warnings throughout the entire term.
After my first rejection, I waited and focused on gaining more experience as a player. Recently, I saw an in game announcement from Jack stating that admins were needed for certain time zones, so I applied again. Unfortunately, I was rejected once more with the same reason.
I would appreciate clarification on what specific experience or criteria I am still missing, as I am genuinely motivated to improve and meet the requirements.
