FYI: There's no problem with the POV itself, we just need to look into what happened before. Obviously, trying to escape without obeying the police order makes you guilty. This could be described as evading arrest + failure to comply.
The police officers definitely broke every rule they could; they deserve the punishment.

Thank you for your analysis. As I said, I went there for office work; my intention wasn't to rob an ATM. Besides, when you start robbing an ATM, your wanted level automatically gets a star. My POV clearly shows that I have no wanted record.

If you look at the 8:11 mark of my POV, you can see that I just turned on my microphone. The microphone shortcut is Ctrl+Shift+M. When I pressed those keys, the Grand RP screen opened, and then you can see my voice starting to come through. I didn't turn it on initially because I didn't know it was muted.
