While driving towards the city with my friends, we noticed a vehicle parked on the right side. We saw that player number 119340 was carrying a weapon and placing it in his inventory. We immediately turned around and ordered the driver to get out of the vehicle. However, the driver ignored our orders and started to flee. Despite three official warnings, the pursuit continued and they eventually had an accident; all passengers got out of the vehicle and opened fire on us. We returned fire and neutralized all suspects. Meanwhile, I accidentally sent player number 161054 to the hospital. (Additionally, I also acknowledge my own mistake regarding player number 11853, for whom I provided medical intervention before handcuffing them). After receiving medical attention, player ID 11853 attempted to escape again and drew a weapon; I therefore neutralized him once more, handcuffed him, and provided medical attention once more. Player ID 161054 then entered the field and performed the NLR move.
