Letty Ortiz was born in a poor family grew up in one of the dangerous neighborhoods in Los Santos. Her brother was sick and needed a support, and since she had no stable income for support, her situation forced her to step into world of crime at the age of 15 and dropped out of school. She lived with her parents and helped them survive day by day. One day, she had a task of delivering drugs, but on her way back she got robbed by gang members. So she returned empty and her boss assumed she betrayed him. She explained him the situation but he didn't believe and killed her father in front of her. This was the most worst experience in her entire life. She hid for months with her mother and brother without anyone knowing where she was. She was secretly training herself to prepare for revenge.

After Completing her military training for six months, she applied to NG and passed the exam and started working for the National Guard. She didn't step away from corruption and this time she was more cautious and performed her role as a good and bad soldier. No one suspected her, and she played by the rules and orders. However, there was one thing that the general didn't know, Letty was working on both sides. She was working with the gangs to prepare for the revenge that she can never forget and at the same time presenting herself as a good soldier in the army. She got promoted to High Command and now she also is well known among juniors, she does her duty well by serving and protects the base and maintaining discipline among the soldiers.
